CURRY RICE BOWL WITH VEGETABLES

Ingredients:

  • ½ cups vegetable broth or water.
  • ½ red bell pepper.
  • 1 medium carrot.
  • 1 onion.
  • 2 garlic.
  • 1 cup chopped asparagus.
  • 3 tbsp Curry
    ½ tbsp cumin powder.
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
    garlic powder.
  • Olive oil.
  • Salt.
  • Half Lemon Juice

Preparation:

  • Peel and chop the garlic and onion, and sauté over medium heat.
  • Add the peppers and carrots, continue cooking.
  • Add the DiPalma rice to the pan and stir. We brown for a minute.
  • Add the vegetable broth or water.
  • We keep on medium heat, add curry, cumin, paprika and garlic powder.
  • Keep over medium heat, stirring gently for about 5 minutes, or until the liquid evaporates.

Tip: you can boil your DIPALMA Spaghetti for 5 minutes before preparation to achieve a softer consistency.

Ingredients:
• Sliced ​​chives

• Avocado cut into cubes

• Grated carrot

• Grated radish

• Cucumber cut into cubes
300 gr of tuna cut into cubes

• Chives

• Cucumber sticks

• 1 tbsp brown sugar or sweetener

• 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar

• 1 tbsp sesame oil

• 1 tbsp Sriracha Sauce
1 tbsp Soy Sauce

• DIPALMA RICE

Preparation

• Open DiPalma Rice, Strain and Rinse very well with water. Season with sesame oil and soy.

• Season the tuna with sugar, rice vinegar, sriracha and soy.

• Season salmon with sriracha and soy sauce.

• To assemble the bowl, we arrange the ingredients in an orderly manner, one next to the other.
