Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons of brewer’s yeast.
  • 1 tablespoons of cassava flour.
  • ½ tsp salt.
  • ½ tsp onion powder.
  • ½ tsp garlic powder.
  • 1 tsp paprika

Preparation:

  • Add all the ingredients of the sauce in a pot, beat until the mixture is homogeneous.
  • Once smooth, take it to the fire at medium temperature and continue stirring until the sauce thickens. If the sauce is too thick, add a little vegetable milk.
  • This sauce can also work as a Dip with vegetables or nachos.
  • Open, Strain and Rinse your Spaghetti DiPalma.
  • In a pot, boil for 5 minutes and strain.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tomatoes cut in quarters.

  • 1/2 cups vegetable broth.
  • 1/2 tsp salt with onion powder.
  • ½ tsp salt.
  • Cotija cheese and milk cream to decorate avocado to taste.

Preparation:

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 cup chopped asparagus
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 1 tsp salt

Preparation:

Ingredients: 

  • Spaguetti DIPALMA.
  • 200 grams of mushrooms or sliced ​​mushrooms.

  • 1 cloves of garlic.
  • 3 tbsp. of virgin olive oil.
  • ½ cup heavy cream or soy milk.

Preparation

Spaghetti with Vegan Alfredo Sauce

Preparation time 15 minutes

Ingredients:

• 1 cup of Nuez de la India

• 1 cup of water

• ½ cup of chopped onion

• 2 garlic cloves, peeled

• 1 tbsp lemon juice

• 1 tsp salt

Preparation:

• Boil the cashew nuts covered with water, once boiled let stand for 15 minutes, strain and let cool for 15 minutes.
