Spaghetti with Mushrooms


  • Spaguetti DIPALMA.
  • 200 grams of mushrooms or sliced ​​mushrooms.
  • 60 grams of dried mushrooms.
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley.
  • 1 cloves of garlic.
  • 3 tbsp. of virgin olive oil.
  • ½ cup heavy cream or soy milk.
  • Pepper to taste.


  • Sauté the garlic and the sliced ​​mushrooms with the virgin olive oil for 3 minutes.
  • Add the finely chopped dried mushrooms and sauté for 2 more minutes.
  • Add a cup of milk cream or substitute and cook for a minute.
  • Drain, rinse and boil your DIPALMA Spaghetti for 5 minutes, add them to the preparation.
  • Add cheese, parsley as decoration, salt and pepper to taste.
Tip: you can boil your DIPALMA Spaghetti for 5 minutes before preparation to achieve a softer consistency.
